This tool is no false advertisement. It kept its promise and removed the drain pan plugs efficiently and rapidly with barely any effort. It’s like removing a screw with a screwdriver. I have about five multi plug removers in my truck and so do my technicians. It is small enough to fit in my pocket and wallet too. Very impressed with the product and satisfied with this performance
